Terrible customer service!
I was told to get out, she had had a bad day( even though the shop didn't shut for another 10 minutes). She said she didn't get paid until 11.00pm and that just because she worked in a shop I shouldn't be rude! I had only asks what time they closed. She replied I should get out and I was barred(this conversation was longer and worse mind)! Terrible considering this is my local shop in my local town where I have been born and bred for the last 30 years!
