I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) registered professional Social Worker with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and qualified in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Psychotherapist.

For the last 4 years I have been a CBT therapist with the country's leading anxiety disorders organisation, Anxiety UK. I have comprehensive clinical experience of working extensively with all adult anxiety disorders, mood problems and substance misuse.

I have over twenty years clinical practice experience within the NHS, voluntary sector and private sector, mostly within primary and secondary healthcare settings working with anxiety, mood and alcohol problems, which are specialist area of interest and practice.

I have successfully worked with a diverse range of different clients experiencing anxiety, mood and substance misuse problems, and supporting clients reduce emotional distress, achieve change, and move beyond their problems.
