Value

Avoid. Inability to understand customers needs or how colours and products work for desired look. When asked to fix poor work/nails Nicola refused and told me to go to another salon. So when I requested a refund, she again refused. Not what I call customer service. Tacky decor and unfriendly atmosphere. Owners son sleeps there in the salon on the sofa...very unprofessional.
