Collecting Chester Hallmarked Silver
Lowe and Sons was established in Chester in 1770 and still trades from a genuine Victorian shop which they have occupied since 1804. The shop on its own is well worth a visit. Lowe always has in stock an interesting collection of antique and second hand jewellery and silverware. Their speciality is silver bearing the Chester Hallmark and they probably have the biggest collection to be found anywhere. The shop is located at 11 Bridge Street Row, Chester, just a stones throw from Chester Cross.Lowe and Sons were voted BaCa antique silver dealer of the year in 2002.
