Quality Service and Excellent Customer Service

Being a pensioner, I was a bit wary of ordering a skip on my own. I heard all sorts of stories of cowboys demanding money off you before they've even done anything. However, I was recommended to use topskips.com by my daughter-in-law. I rang up looking for a quote and even though they weren't the cheapest around, the woman on the end of the phone was professional and extremely helpful. She went through all the details with me to find out exactly what size of skip I needed and what kind of waste I was putting in the container. Being environmentally conscious, I was delighted when the young woman told me that they aim to recycle most of the waste that I was throwing away. Imagine! It's nice to know that my old sofa won't be rotting away in some landfill site. The skip arrived promptly the next morning and when I was finished with the skip, I simply rang up and was told that the skip would be picked up the next day.
