We have been the owners of the Cattery since 1984.
The boarding cattery was only small when we took over, with just six houses and runs but gradually over the years myself and my husband Stuart have increased to our present number of sixteen houses and all with runs.
We are specialist in nervous cats and therefore we specifically only deal with cats so no dogs allowed unfortunately. We are trained and experienced in giving medication and injections if needed for cats with diabetes or other illnesses and we also offer a collection and delivery service for all your needs.

I share the Pennydown breeding prefix with my husband, Stuart who is also interested in the cats and often helps out at weekends.

We go to cat shows all over the country and have had a fair amount of success over the years, and at present have Britain’s first British Shorthair Tipped female, to obtain the title of United Kingdom & Imperial Grand Champion and United Kingdom & Imperial Grand Premier. Snowpearl (Pearl to her friends), is very well known on the show circuit and has many admirers..

We sometimes have kittens for sale to permanent loving homes, and occasionally adults who are ex breeding stock. We are always here to give help and advice on cats to anyone who finds they need it.
