With nearly two decades of experience in marketing services support we've built a very large pool of skilled contract labour that can be deployed rapidly when our customers require it.

Geared for demanding clients we have 12,500 sq ft on site with access to a further 30,000 sq ft of storage and working space locally. We chose our location in St Ives, Cambs. as being ideally suited for despatch nation-wide and to mainland Europe.
Our planning and organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines are the key to our success.

Our role is delivering other people's promises. We keep our promises too.

Fulfilment, essentially, is picking, packing and preparing items for delivery. But that doesn't mean it's simple.

Clearly fulfilment is the penultimate action that puts your product or information into your customers' hands; so this action must also fulfil your customers' expectations. As we see it, fulfilment must reflect the values of your organisation. So your POS pack or products must arrive on time and undamaged.

Our experience shows that whilst good systems are necessary for tracking and stock control, it is team effort and operator attitude that gets things delivered properly. Additionally we have tailor-made systems for processing and dispatching spares and accessories. This can include order processing, payments and accounting.

It can include inbound telemarketing but also fax and written enquiries.

To enable you to maximise customer management and response, we design and create databases in Access and SQL. A database is only as good as the relevance of the information it holds, cleaning and updating it is a laborious and time-consuming task.

Our expertise means that we can take this irksome chore off your hands - we'll undertake a one off cleaning exercise or maintain the database on contract, leaving you to spend your time more creatively and profitably.

POS packs come in all shapes and sizes, and you don't want unpleasant surprises when the packs are delivered to your customers.

To make sure your service offer is bang on target we even design and implement packaging for unusual shapes and sizes.

We will liaise with you on deadlines and warn you of possible problems.

In short, we get the job done! For example, we received, picked and packed 5,000 boxes and had them delivered within 36 hours. We negotiate the best rates from couriers and other channel partners; our success rate for next day delivery is 99.9 percent.

Tracking and proof of delivery are part of the service.

We take the anxiety out of running competitions and promotions.

Our service includes designing integrated systems for consumer competitions including web responses, inbound telemarketing, validating and fulfilling prizes - including cash - and ensure first rate security for our client's peace of mind.

Cash back offers are notoriously laborious, but that is not a problem to us. Purchases verification and record maintenance needs to be rigorous and open to scrutiny. We will receive, input, store, send cheques to verified applicants, provide daily reports and deliver a final reconciliation for a VAT rebate.

Our services also include money back offers and self-liquidating schemes. Our systems have been tried and tested over a number of years, resulting in a streamlined and efficient operation.
