Wagamama showed us the way

We went for a weekend break to Cambridge. Whenever we go away it is always a problem eating out as my daughter has alergies. So, we thought we would at least give Wagamama a try.The restaurant is located upstairs and seems very nicely lit and clean. We were seated straight away and asked about the alergies. I was so happy, as it was not a problem. They have a printed guide for all alergies and we ordered from this guide for my daughter and from the main menu for the rest of us. The waitress communicated well with us and the chefs to let them know what the alergy was.The food was lovely, very light, nicely flavoured. Free green tea too which is a nice touch. I cannot fault the food, the prices, or the service. All three were superb. I have since visited a more local Wagamama which also delivered the same superb service.

I adore Wagamama's food, always think its quite healthy, although thats not always the case if you have a starter, main and dessert, but the premise is there! I always go for my favourite, Yaki Soba, never tire of it, also love the Chicken Katsu Curry, love the friendliness of the staff here, always happy to help you, food is served super quick and freshly made there and then and its always good value. If I'm in need of a quick bite to eat Wagamama's is always worth the visit, all my friends love it too.

Not very impressive

I visited Wagamamas in Cambridge on a Saturday evening recently. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait for a table. It was very noisy and I struggled to have a conversation. Our food came quickly and was satisfactory. However, I felt as though we were being hurried along by the staff. As I was finishing my meal, I was being watched by a staff member and felt under pressure to finish up. It wasn't especially cheap, at about £8 for a bowl of noodles with prawns and chicken. I think Wagamamas is all right when you have a voucher but the customer service isn't great.
