The owner is very careing I used this kennels last January 2011 in the bitter winter and against all odds weather, and just being the new owner, Mary gave an exselant service, my dog was poorly through her stay and Mary made sure she went to the vets going with one of my family and then administring the medication, she could not have done any more yes I'd recomend this kennels and have.
