Pristine failed to collect my dry cleaning which had been booked online, the login information (a 4 digit pin) does not match the requirements of their website to login (it requires a 5+ digit pin). They then failed to answer their phone or respond to messages, and then failed to respond to emails attempting to resolve the situation. I would not use this business.
