Please be aware while dealing (Tourist) with this company - They are highly useless, unplanned and always keep you on tenterhook till last second (I mean it LAST SECONDS) Up to last minute you will not get what you have to get well in advance even if you have paid them in advance before months together such as Hotel Booking Confirmations - Which will not be there when you go to hotel or they would have changed your hotel and give you a surprise when you go reach previously booked hotel as they would have just forgotten to book or they would not have paid for the booking amount.), Train Tickets and Excursion vouchers - Even if you get your excursion voucher you will find that it was only for bus ride and not for actual sigh seeing point. Pre booked taxi pick up To and fro Airport, Railway station or from Hotel - Which may never show up and these people will not respond to your urgent calls and in last moment crucial moment you will need to hire private and costly vehicle to commute to your destination by paying from your pocket the amount which you will never get back from this cheats. My 25th Wedding anniversary tour (Aug. 2015) to Paris and Switzerland was totally ruined by these people so don’t even think of trying your luck here.
