£507 three attempts problem not solved

I would not recommend Atlas Direct for the following reason.After three attempts to rectify my loss of Free View channels they blamed the area where I live, the trees,the weather and finally the BBC Crystal Place Transmitter.When I request a refund of the £507 I paid they refuse and sent Pages of technical information stating why they failed to solve the reception problems. I called in another company Clarks Aerials who within two hours solved the reception problems by removing all the Atlas Direct equipment at half the cost.The only help I received from a trade assoc. that Atlas Direct belong to was from Bucks Trading Standards who after mediation secured a refund of £275. Bear in mind that some of the trade assoc. that traders belong to seem to be there to protect the trader and not the customer.The trade assoc. that recommended Atlas Direct to me was the Association of Aerial Industries.
