Dissapointing

I have been really disappointed with the after sales service from this company. Only after the installation of a Johnson and Starley, Economaire 32, central heating and hot water system was completed, did they feel the need to mention that we lived too far away from them for them to be able to service the installation (the distance from door to door is 28.6 miles. Too far? Really?). The system has malfunctioned twice within 6 months of the installation,the latest being 4 days before Christmas. The best they could offer was to call the manufacturer on our behalf and get them to contact us. J&S were unable to attend us until December 27th. Merry Christmas!!!! So, use Heat Flow as installers if you wish, but please be aware that once it is installed they will wipe their hands of you, referring everything to the manufacturer.
