Carmell & Co is a law firm founded by Robert Cartmell, a solitor with Senior Partner experience who now undertakes a broad spread of work for individuals, families and commercial clients. He has had the benefit of gaining experience and expertise in all main areas of legal work in a High Street law firm. His particular area of legal expertise is Wills and Trusts for families. He has worked in that capacity for over 15 years and specialises in all aspects of Estate planning including Inheritance Tax and Care Fees planning. He is also a specialist Trustee and has been appointed personal Trustee for the estates and trusts of many individuals and families. Robert is also a Company Law and Commercial specialist with particular experience in Business Agreements as well as experience with sales & mergers and commercial dispute resolution.
