So if its a coffee, glass of wine , light bite or a 3 course meal you require you are always welcome. Recently opened 'La barra di vino' a relaxed wine bar at the rear of prego looking out onto the courtyard garden.

Great italian restaurant
Prego in Buckingham is a really lovely Mediterranean/Italian restaurant. It's not a particularly big restaurant but this adds to the charm and means you get excellent, attentive service. The menu has favourites and classics as well as some specialities. I'd personally recommend the seafood paella.We have taken our two young children (aged 4 and 1) to Prego on several occasions and they have very much enjoyed the experience. The children's menu is perfect and the kids get just the right amount of attention. Prego offers children's pizza making parties and our eldest has been to a couple of these now. At a very reasonable price, this is a great alternative to your typical children's party and the kids loved it, especially dressed up in their chef gear!

This is a lovely restuarant, a great atmosphere and I would recommend anyone to visit, the food is great and its not particularly expensive.
