excellent shop
I was very surprised at some of the reviews as my experience at Dees was very good . The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my son and daughter there last week to see which bikes they wanted for Xmas, the staff knew straight away I didn't want the children to know they were getting the bikes from the shop for Xmas , and told the children they had to write to father christmas ..We got excellent service and will recommend them to all my family and friends

Appalling Service
I've never had satisfactory service from Dees Cycles in Amersham and would recommend you choose an alternative. My latest experience involved a service and the main issue was the gears where I couldn't change up to the outer cog. It probably just needed a simple adjustment but two weeks later the problem has returned and I'm faced with taking it elsewhere.

How disappointing
Awful level of disinterest from the owner. He really couldn't care about customer service. I realise I was only buying a bike from a 3 year old, but surely you should want to give great customer service regardless. I will definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to go elsewhere.
