For almost 30 years Acorn Maintenance has provided planned preventative and reactive maintenance services to contract customers in the commercial office property sector throughout London and the south east of England. In this time our technical competence, superior service and professionalism has made us the partner of choice. Our clients include owners, developers, landlords, surveyors, agents, fund managers and M&E consultants.
We enjoy exceptional long-term business relationships and build on these to provide a pro-active building services which exceeds expectations. As a consequence the majority of our contracts are either repeat business or the result of customer referrals. Consisting of King Sturge, GVA Berkeley Square Portfolio, Reckitt Benckiser, Covent Garden Market Portfolio and Leaseplan to name but a few.

Graham Errington
Managing Director
Graham joined Acorn Maintenance on its start up in 1984 and became Contracts Director in 1987. Graham had overall responsibility for the operations department until 2002, when Graham was appointed Managing Director of Acorn Maintenance and Acorn Group. His key responsibilities now include the development of the Acorn Maintenance business in line with group strategy.
Steve Vincent
Service Director
Steve began his career with BOC Linde Refrigeration serving an apprenticeship in refrigeration and air conditioning. He joined Acorn Maintenance in 1985 and is now Service Director responsible for 5 contract managers, their associated technicians and the group water treatment division.
Kenny Hogg
Service Director
Kenny started his career with Balfour Kilpatrick Ltd as an apprentice electrician. After the apprenticeship he worked for the BBC as a shift leader, responsible for 7 electricians. He joined Acorn Maintenance in 1987 as a Maintenance Technician specialising in controls. He is now Service Director responsible for 6 contract managers and their associated technicians.
Chris Gunn
Sales & Marketing Director
Chris has over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry, having worked for PME and Carrier to name but a few. Chris has worked on several prestigious projects including the original Canary Wharf Tower,Channel Tunnel, Millennium Dome and the Broadgate Development and has extensive experience in understanding clients on both the technical and commercial aspects of their individual Maintenance needs. he had had extensive exposure to the commercial property market from contracting to maintenance, underpinning his expertise.
