Food was beautiful, well cooked and very tasty. The decor and furniture very impressive and the service was faultless. We just stumbled on the restaurant on a stop over in Newbury. Highly recommended.

Being a new resturant in Newbury, myself and my partner decided to try the Art of Siam about 6 months ago and thouroughly enjoyed both the service and food. The waiter/ress service was great and we were fully attended to the whole time we were there. We have been back three times since then and have always enojoyed goo food and great service. Tonight we went back for a further visit and enjoyed the Art of Siam Platter which I highly recommend and shared a whole seabass which was cooked to perfection and although served in quite a hot sauce (I have an exetremely low tolerance to spicy food!) I enjoyed the parts I ate. We also had the sweet aand sour chicken which as always for me was great! I highly recommend the Art of Siam as a restaurant to try in the future.

Being a new restaurant in Newbury, myself and my partner decided to try the Art of Siam about 6 months ago when it opened and had a lovely meal with great service and fantasitc food. We have been back about 3 times since then and have always enjoyed good service and great food. Tonight we have been back again and enjoyed the Art of Siam Platter which I highly recommend and shared a whole sea bass and the sweet and sour chicken. The sea bass was cooked to perfection and although served with quite a hot sauce (I have a very low tolerance for spicy food!) the sea bass that I tried was very good. The sweet and sour chicken was as ever for me a good choice! As we have always experienced, the service was immpecable and I highly recommend this restuarant to all lovers of thai food!

Excellent decor and authentic attention to detail that was about it. The service was disjointed and confused. It took 20 minutes after being seated to get a drink the 25 minutes after eating to get the bill! The food was bland and luke warm at best. The main course was no better than a cheap take away but for twice the price! The whole experience was a little disappointinting to say the least. It was as if they could not cope with a full house! If they want to be a class eatery then please stop the takeaway service in the main restaurant! The door constantly opening and lots of people just stood around waiting while diners are trying to enjoy the ambience. I will go back again in 6 months but I doubt whether tings will have improved!
