Through coaching, I help people to get what they want. To bring ideas to ground, establish and achieve goals.
I adapt life-transforming cutting edge evidence based theories, methods and interventions from positive and coaching psychology to enable you towards your goals and wellbeing.
My coaching style is supportive and I guide rather than advise, using my expertise to support your journey. It is my belief that everyone has the potential to realise their goals in life.
WORKSHOPS
This amazing interactive workshop brings you the opportunity to explore what positive psychology is. To see and discuss how we can use positive psychology in our lives. It brings cutting edge positive psychology from the leading psychologists and theorist direct to you. You have lots of opportunity to discuss what positive psychology is and how we can use it.
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, focus more, sleep better, love better, listen better, train better, smile more, live more, eat better and cultivate positive emotion. It is a great way to develop our wellbeing.
Mindfulness meditation is like a gym workout for the mind. We can train our minds to be less distracted and more present.
My aim is to help people to achieve through coaching, to see how we can flourish in life through workshops and to cultivate positive emotion and meaning in life through mindfulness meditation.
My approach is grounded in science, experience and philosophy which I have learned through extensive training. Including being one of a few people in the world to undertake the cutting edge MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I also have BSc Hons Psychology, NLP practitioner & NLP Life Coach qualifications.
