I am an holistic Life Coach & healer, I recognise the need to balance the bodies energies & help my clients work through fears & doubts to free their minds to enjoy life's challenges. Most clients have unrealised potential, I work with life coaching techniques & my knowledge of universal energy flows to help clients work out what they can achieve & put action plans in place. In business, a small blip in operations can cause a big output loss, a negative or limiting belief or attitude can cause loss of production or business. I work with clients to help them recognise & change damaging attitudes & limiting beliefs. I have been a successful Reiki Master Teacher & Healer since 1997. I learned Life Coaching (BTEC) Levels 3, & Mentoring in the Workplace (BTEC) to qualify my client support skills. I successfully used these techniques to self support myself into achieving my Open University Bachelor of Science Degree in International Studies and a Diploma in Religious Studies.
