Alan

In 1985 Alan was Luton's only professional tattooist. He started up in a small studio in London Road, soon after moving to the present well-known studio on the corner of Leagrave Road and Woodlands Avenue where he has been tattooing since 1987.In the early days the studio provided a 'walk-in' service, but as news of Alan's reputation spread it was much more beneficial to the customer to work on an appointment basis. Now Alan prides himself on working with the customer using his own tattoo style to create individual tattoos specific to their requirements. Alan has attended many tattoo conventions in the UK, EU, USA and Canada, working with some of the greatest tattooists on the world scene. Winning many awards for his work along the way, his reputation speaks for itself.

Richard

In 2002 Alan's son, Richard, joined the family business. Having a creative background in graphic design and studying for 4 years at Art College, it was an easy apprenticeship. Introducing elements from his design background Richard's strength is his ability to design unique and bespoke artwork specific to the customers' requests. His enthusiasm for tattooing with his keen eye for detail and accuracy has seen him become especially skilled in all styles of tattooing. Reinforced by the demand for Richard's work Alan believes he is fast becoming one of the best tattooists around, with a quality reputation both locally and nationally.
