OK as long as it is quiet

Went in tonight and had the worst experience we have ever had there. There was a huge rowdy group at the back of the restaurant, and a couple more big groups - we were only a 3!Sat with menus for at least 25 minutes before order was taken and waited another 30 minutes for Garlic Pizza starter. This was finished and we waited another 30 minutes for our pizzas, Mine was RAW - proper RAW with some burn on the edges! Did anyone come and check we were OK? No, Did anyone care? NoYou see the issues were 1. we are not Italian nor part of the Italian community in Bedford, 2. we were not a party of females - at which point you are leered at and subjected to some serious strutting by the waiter - so you get lots of service.At the end of the meal I indicated I was paying by card and the waiter in question took my card away, returning with the terminal displaying the request to enter my pin - How much had he put in?? The right amount of course but how was I to know, and what is the point of having a portable terminal if you don't use as it is intended???I expect rustic service in exchange for fabulous food - I got terrible service and terrible food.Would I bother again - Not for a while
