went to bath to get 10 hesiens bags at 25pence each told i could only buy 2 bags at a time service very poor

no customer service
I visited the Bath store this morning, hoping to buy a duvet cover and sheets. The staff stood in a group engaged in loud conversation about someone they referred to as " the horrible cow" I felt it rude to interrupt them. No smiles no hello no sales.

Appalling customer service
Having visited the shop this afternoon, left empty handed after receiving the most appalling customer service. Sadly this member of staff (sour, 60ish, plump, "blonde" curly hair) was so rude I will no longer set foot in this cluttered and uninspiring store again. Shame on you.
