Terrible Customer Service
PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THE STRICT RETURNS POLICY AT THIS SHOP! I experienced extremely poor customer service here. I purchased a pair of Asics trainers only to find them for a half the price (£50 cheaper) at a neighbouring shop. After discovering this, understandably I tried to return them barely 45 minutes after purchasing them. They were in prestine condition, and had obviously not been worn. The sales assistant who had originally served me was adament I could not have a refund! He showed absolutely no understanding or goodwill even though I was quite reasonable and polite. Please be careful of the strict returns policy at this shop. I would strongly recommend looking else where for your running gear.
