Poor after sales service. Having spent over Â£2000 on products Bathroom Solutions were decidedly unhelpful when I requested information to fill out my guarantee form. After a month of repeated requests for help by phone and e-mail I've now given up on them. I'm considering complaining to BANES Trading Standards.
