You sound like a right bitch! I used to work in sales and people like you always say one side of the story. I bet you couldn't care for the parrot properly that's why it was biting you. The manager just had enough of you coming down again I guess. People like you should not buy in public. Go on ebay and buy yourself a plush parrot. Every animal will be in distress when moving to a new place, you just need to know how to make it feel comfortable.

Bought grey parrot off them for £550 but he used to bite my children and get the blood out and before buying the shop keeper called Danny told me u can keeping swapping birds untill u dont get ur perfect bird and the time limit is 6 months.so i gave my 1st parrot back and swapped him for an amazon paying £150 extra so total came up to £650.this parrot was a poor talker and he used to bite as well, so i had to give him back, they issed credit note and asked me to keep looking for ur desired bird.atlast i bought african grey again.they said he was very friendly and didnt bite and talks good.now i paid extra £45 for this bird.so now my total amount spent on bird was £690.when i bought him home he didnt do any thing apart from biting u, he can talk though.i went back to the shop to ive him back within 28 days and the main owner the bald man was absolutely ridiculous.i havent seen such a foolish and cheater in my life.he said my 28 days are expired long back.also he added 28 days from the last transaction that is £45 is no longer valid....and if i give u a credit note it would be only for £45.so my question is how did they give credit notes before when i swapped two parrot ?also i added that i was dealing with ur workers and ur workers told me that ur policy is that u can swapped birds as long as u get them back in 28 days and then u get credit note which lasts u for 6 months.he said i do not care what my workers say and i over ride whatever they said.he said ive been looking after u and now i cant do it anymore.so why to make false policy and make poor customer spend uptill £700 just so that they have a peace of mind that if the parrot doesnt suit ur family u have a chance to swap it.now listen to this, the parrot plucked his feathers so he goes to me i have one more reason to not swap him coz his feather is missing, i said i have no desire to pluck his feather after paying £700, am i stupid?so he argued u havent beign playing with him...!!now how on earth i can play with him when all he does his bites n get the blood out , iam even terrified to touch him, although i have tried to cuddle him but he is an agressive parrot and the shopkeeper lied to me when he selling me him by telling me he is very friendly.i was upset i had lost that money.i also told him that ur policy only says u can get him back in 28 days.....no where does it say that if they pluck feather u wont take him back!!but still after fighting so much he goes i can only give £500 credit note so i will be loosing £200 for nothing of my own fault bu only due to the fake promises and policy they hold for their customers.this parrot of mine didnt even have a leg ring to prove his age as well.i got ripped but i advised people out there stay away from these people!!
