Not helpful or Flexible

Before I decided to go with CAMRIDER I had rang around several others and felt at the time Camrider's Easter offer was quite good as I was about to embark on doing a DAS. I had a current CBT for my scooter and was told I would need to do the CBT for a geared bike and this did make sense to me as I had never ridden on a geared bike before. I was told that I did not have to bother with the safety equipment part of the course and to arrive an hour after everyone else. I was emailed map instructions which were very unclear. I arrived early anyhow and despite every effort could not locate where the class was hiding as I was not given any contact numbers. Finally after hanging around a group of parked bikes for almost an hour I managed to see an instructor who had no idea I was told to turn up an hour late and he only agreed to carry on my CBT part of my DAS as i showed him my current CBT which was still valid for 10 months. The rest of the day went fine and I found the instructors in the playground and then on the road excellent. My woes came when I returned back at the end of the day and was told because i missed the first part of the CBT I would not be getting a new one despite been told to arrive late and paying for a CBT - I was not happy. Day 2 using their Suzuki VanVan' I found the day was fine and the instructor very helpful. Day 3 I called a week in advance and told them that i had now purchased my own 125 geared bike and if i used that could i have a partial refund (no surprise) that was rejected even though they do offer discounts if you use your own bike. Day 4 -this is now gone terribly wrong for me. I was due to attend on Friday morning at 8.30am, the day before I found i had an upset stomach which is ultra rare for me, so at 13.00 (which was the earliest i could call them due to my job) I called and asked if I could postpone the day as I was coming down with a bug. I was told that they could not help as they needed 24 hours notice (I was only giving them 19), and that if I did not attend I would lose that day (equivalent to (£105). Very unhelpful and not understanding. So would i recommend them, sure if everything goes to plan but if you want someone to partner you though your DAS just make sure you don't get sick as it will cost you.
