We got our wonderful chocolate boy, Travis 16 years ago. He was the healthiest, most amazing dog, and we lost him only last year he was 15 years and 2 months old and he was full of life until the day he passed, he was just the best dog! 100% recommend this breeder, and have done to friends.

Overpriced and cocky. Had the dispeasure of speaking to John at the company and some woman called Laura who was very rude, i got the feeling this company are all about image and absolutely no substance. Avoid at all costs. I had a lucky escape as i managed to speak to a friend of my cousin who had actually had the misfurtune to hire them and was very dissappointed with the service recieved

"DOG LOVERS BEWARE! She, TRATHEN KENNELS lost my wee toy poodle while I was on holiday. Informed me 6hours after disappearance and then totally washed their hands of the whole situation. Still don’t know the details but my daughter found a gap in a boundary hedge! Trathen kennels never rang me even after he was found!"

Review: The Willows

When I was there some of the staff were a joke there was one called mark ryder never interacted with any of us when I was there all he did was sit in his office reading the paper and sneaking to the back of the care home smoking fags then there was Ryan who was to touchy feely kind of way not like touching you but was like more physical like put his hand on your shoulder or around you etc there was some staff that were sound to be fair but management well let’s just say they could arrange a piss up in a brewery let alone a care home Debbie was one of them and mark ryder was a manager don’t know how he got that position but he was very bad at it I have heard they have closed don’t know if this is true but I hope so you would get better treatment in jail or in a zoo then you would there trust me
