Awful experience, beware!
5 month old puppy scalped by this groomer. Written instructions taken by them in advance and I sent written instructions with my puppy to be safe on day of appointment. They basically did the opposite. Vet and other groomers have been appauled by sight of my Cavachon puppy. Vet taken business card away. other groomers ask if she has any training / qualifications - I didn't check, just assumed. Will never go back or recommend! Beware anyone despite the wonderful reviews I read previously.
