After visiting several shops in Swansea to choose my wedding dress i found the ladies in Victorias to be one of the most helpful and friendliest.I had the same service when i went for my fittings and on each occasion they made me feel welcome.

Happy!
I have read a few negative review about victoria's bridal but I do have to say that I disagree with what is said. I am shopping for a prom dress, and was very happy with the customer service I received here. The two ladies were very helpful, kind and attenetative I tried on a dress and it was too small, and immediately, they called up the warehouse, ordered me a larger size and it arrived two days later! Happy with the service of two ladies who I found warm and welcoming!
