I have had an online account with Santander for about 10 years with no problem at all, until recently, when I was blocked for 'unusual activity on my account'', despite several phone calls and new I.d. Numbers etc I was without access to my account for 10/14 days, as a last resort I called at Santander in Swansea, I can only describe my visit as excellent,all my Problems solved in less than 20 minutes, don't know the ladies name but she was a credit to Santander.
