Psychsolution is run by Dr Susie Black who is a Clinical Psychologist (HPC Registered) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy Practitioner with over 15 years experience of working with people who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, etc.

Psychsolution is based at Swansea Valley Physiotherapy in Pontardawe. Psychsolution offers short, medium and longer term therapy primarily using Cognitive Analytic Therapy. Further information about this approach to treatment can be found on our website and at acat.me.uk.

Treatment at Psychsolution starts with an assessment to discuss what you would like to work on, whether or not I am the best person to help and how long the therapy might take. There is no obligation to continue after this point should you decide not to go ahead. Therapy is generally between 12 and 24 sessions in length, but is tailored to meet your needs.
