Terrible
Was disgusted with the Service at this Francise within South and West Wales. I was sworn at, when leaving from the Drive Thru, Order took a long time to come. A complaint had been made made to McDonalds HQ, The HQ managed and dealt with my complaint but nothing was done in relation to myself been sworn and that the service was slow. The Quality of the Food was terrible and i was appalled. When my food was given the order was wrong and food was in an appalling state with grease all over the Quarter Pounder box. Nothing has been done about my complaint have taken it further but waiting on a reply by McDonalds HQ. I would if i was anyone wanting a McDonalds to avoid this Restaurant. The staff there are not very nice and dont treat there customers with respect and treat them like Dirt (In my case).
