Would not leave my cats here again

We took our three cats to Abertawe Country Hotel for Cats, our holiday was for 34 days so we needed the best care for our cats. The owner seemed to be very good and the cattery looked alright, IT DID NEED SOME WORK DONE AND WE WERE ASSURED THAT THIS WORK WOULD BE DONE DURING OUR CATS STAY?? Protective panels had to be replaced so that they cats were not open to the full weather, THIS WAS STILL NOT DONE ON OUR RETURN WE asked a friend to visit our cats and arranged with the owner that this was acceptable which we were guaranteed it would be as long as our friend phoned the day before and made an appointment, our friend found our cats to be absolutely terrified and one cat had had her back and front leg caught in her collar WHO KNOWS HOW LONG FOR, she also found one of our cats soaking wet So not sure how she got wet but do the cleaners hose the cattery down?? Our friend took catnip and brushes but after the second week she was told in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS THAT DUE TO THEIR INSURANCE SHE WAS NOT WELCOME BACK?? SHE WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT ONCE THE CATS ARE FED AND CLEANED THE OWNERS "FUCK OFF" FOR THE DAY?? Our 2 Persian cats coats are so badly knotted that they will have to be shaved in order to get rid of the knots, we were assured that our cats would be brushed regularly. The day after after us collecting our cats and they are still scared stiff and hiding?? I phoned the owners of the ABERTAWE COUNTRY HOTEL FOR CATS AND SPOKE TO THE OWNERS GRAND DAUGHTER, who was very abrupt and took no responsibility for the condition of our cats and eventually told me that if I wanted to make a complaint I would have to do so on their website, WHAT SO THAT THEY COULD DELETE IT?? I would Never take a dead cat there, let alone a live one. PLEASE BE WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!
