The big old grand Royal Hotel has dominated the end of St Mary Street since it first opened in 1866. Perfectly located for The Millennium Stadium or shopping adventures in Cardiff.

When the building was remodelled 7 years ago, the hotel lifted itself up to the second floor above the hustle and bustle of the vibrant street, once you've found your way up to us we're sure you won't be disappointed.

Through constantly striving to improve our services, you'll find that things have changed a lot in the last few years, you'll find us ranked higher than most on Tripadvisor so it's not just us that thinks so.

We don't always get it right for absolutely
everyone and quite frankly nobody does, but tell us what's wrong and we'll move heaven and earth to try and fix it for you.

We have 60 rooms that have been converted from the internal space of the original hotel and because that building is 146 years old, no one room is the same as the other.
