- IBS/FODMAP Dietitian
I'm a Registered Dietitian and specialise in the treatment of IBS using the low FODMAP diet approach. This is evidence-based and improves IBS symptoms in over 75% of IBS sufferers.
I have worked in the NHS advising IBS sufferers. I have won my awards for my work, including a 'MediWales Award for Innovation within the NHS' and was a finalist in the 'NHS Wales Awards'. I began my private practice as FODMAP Consultancy in 2015. Since then I have advised and supported over 2000 people with IBS using the research-based low FODMAP diet. Many say that their lives have been transformed by the diet. Usually just 2 sessions are needed and these can be virtual, so I can advise those with IBS symptoms across the UK. I offer an initial free telephone consultation, just for us to be sure that I can help with your symptoms.
