Service in the true sense of the word.

Just wanted to let you all know how amazing this store is in terms of service. I've made a few purchases here over the last three - five years but nothing recently. Went in there for a new watch battery yesterday - hardly a big spend - but nothing was too much trouble unlike several other jewellers in the vicinity who wanted to charge me as much as £45.00 as they had to send it away. Seems they don't keep a trained staff member!! Anyway, Crouch's manager was charm itself, extremely pleasant and courteous, offered free advice on a second watch I was thinking of having repaired and even threw in a free battery for that one. All this for a £10.00 sale. I won't hesitate to go back there again. Fab experience. Loved it! So glad to know that someone knows what it means to make customers feel valued. OK I'll shush now. You get my point :) Happy Christmas all, especially Andrew - the manager at Crouch's.
