Terrible experience - suggest you avoid
Engaged William to remove trees & replace fencing. Their work was so poor in terms of both concept and construction that we have just been quoted £2.5k to pull down & re-build the fence. It looks absolutely terrible (uneven, huge gaps, not straight, both split and misaligned slats, and missing slats at one end, large lumps of cement above ground level, etc.). They also manged to break paving slabs, damage our pond surround, destroy water pipes (v. costly to replace). They didn’t have the right tools or those they had were broken - repeatedly asking to borrow ours. The fence now blocks access to electrical switches – no planning or forethought. Only two, rather than three structural cross bars were used (neighbours side - hoped we wouldn't notice). When work quality was questioned we just got bluster not remedial action. The end result is so poor we sincerely wish we had never heard of them – a terrible experience. A financial disaster and highly stressful. Suggest you avoid.

EXCELLENT service from William, nothing too much trouble, checked with us at every stage of the tree branch removal. Tidied up after he had finished. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted work done. A+++++
