Having been in business myself for over 10 years and prior to that worked as a workshop manager at main dealer. I have never come across a company like DATSC. If there is one thing I can advise anyone, it would be to never go anywhere near this company. They charged me for work that had not been done and actually stole the original gearbox from the car They are rude, never answer their phones. Tried for months to get update on car and eventually reported car stolen. Complete rip off merchants that should not be trading.

Scam Artists!!!
Absolute rip off merchants DO NOT USE! Diagnosed a broken starter motor wrongly, changed the glow plugs for £300 and then got the diagnosis right the second time around and wanted another £250 for a new starter which I should've had in the first place! Offered no refund on labour for the glow plugs. Didn't return calls, eventually got in contact with Damien the manager who told me I was too skint to pay both jobs so was complaining, being a conman and trying to scam their garage!! Awful company and service! Shouted and swore down the phone telling me I was thick and knew nothing! Trading standards are dealing with them now.

Nightmare!
Our experience is similar to a plethora of bad service, bad business and botch jobs. Needed the Police to get my van back. Mercedes Vito has been off the road for 2months since DATSC (Permoveo) got their hands on it. Rude, abusive, botched car, no calls, 6 weeks to get the van back, it only went in for a diagnostic. Now Trading Stds helping me. My business is suffering-avoid!!

Agreed to the previous reviewer - terrible garage
absolutely agree with the other reviewer. They picked up my car, a Land Rover Freelander in 12/14 to get a diagnostics done on the gearbox. The report or assessment I should get I have never received. They said they sent it to my e-mail, but never received anything. Obviously a lie as I gave two of my e-mail-addresses plus a friend who went there his. He picked up some error readings, that's all. As I couldn't reach anyone by phone I sent an e-mail to get an invoice so that I could get my car picked up, but no reaction.

This company is absolutely awful run by a bunch of cowboys. My Mercedes left there with an overfilled gearbox and more faults than when it went in - and they were rude and arrogant once they had money. All reviews on the internet are posted within minutes of each other - it's obvious they are fake testimonials. That have been purchased from overseas as they are all on the same date.
