Rude, Useless

Stopped here for a bite to eat on the way to welshpool. Should have waited until I got to my destination. There weren't many people in the restaurant yet they took ages to serve, like they didn't even like people being there! Having ordered a simple toasted sandwich it still hadn't arrived over half an hour later. When I politely questioned this, a young guy who obviously isn't employed for his brains said he'd forgotten to put the order in. I said I didn't have time to wait as my colleague and I were on a schedule. The manageress didn't even bother to apologize, just looked at us with a load of attitude and even charged us for the mineral water we'd had. Plenty of other nice looking cafes in the area - in fact the fast food cafe in the car park is cheaper, quicker and staff are much nicer!
