Absolute joke.
the surgery itself is so badly mismanged its a joke, phones open at 8.00am to make same day appointments. by 8.15 of repeatedly re-dialing all appointments are usually gone. Generally one doctor usually a locum on site while the primary surgery in tylorstown is always staffed with two on average. surgery shuts half day on Wednesday and 3.00pm on Fridays (why, nobody knows!) receptionists are generally abrasive, quite vocally reading out patient test results over the phone, and triage appointment requests when they have absolutely no medical training whatsoever. don't do cal-louts for children (they actually class children regardless of illness as "portable" the only do house calls to elderly/housebound!)
