Fake MOT and CAT C
***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF MERCHANT!!*** Purchased a car from this dealer with an MOT. On the journey home the gear box would not engage 5th gear and the brakes were very poor. When I parked up at home I put the handbrake on and it rolled down the hill. I had the car re MOT'd and it failed miserably. Then, to my dismay the V5 document didn't turn up. After many conversations with the very unhelpful owner I contacted VOSA and was told the car needed a VIC check before they sent me a V5 as it was a Cat C write off some years earlier. The dealer told me it was HPI clear. The advert also fraudulently stated the car had been fully HPI checked and was clear. I am no in the process of taking this garage to court. With the help of trading standards. Please beware.

Unroadworthy Vehicles
This business sold a car which had a brand new MOT....after purchase it was checked by an independent garage who say the car failed all emissions tests and would not pass another MOT. This was within weeks of the MOT being issued. When asked for a refund, the "owner" became abusive and quite nasty about things.....saying he could afford to wait and maybe see you in court. After 5 days he agreed to refund, presumably realising that he could get into trouble over this, as Trading Standards had been mentioned. If VOSA checked this vehicle and it's MOT history they would see the car failed a test on emissions just prior to the "pass" that he acquired. Ratings below should read 0 on all but had to rate to post
