Review for Fishermans Rest Inn
This is a lovely quaint pub situated on the River Rhymney. It is in a quiet location not far from a few housing developments. It is usually locals who drink here and the same people come back time after time which makes it a friendly pub to drink in. They do serve food which is your usual gastro pub food which is good quality at a reasonable price. There is a children's playground outside as well as a beer garden. It can get quite busy especially in the summer but it is worth sitting outside as the surroundings are very pleasant.
