very unproffessional

I found mind a very unproffesional place, the 1 lady that works there is very aggressive, she lies for people that goes on the courses, like for example if they got court she will lie for them sayin they have done well when half the time they dont turn up, she made me feel that bad i felt that she took a dislike to me from start because i never agreed with her on something she thought she was right and i ended up not completeting my course which i felt i needed to do it,i felt bullied by her and i know other people do aswell, she reads out ov a txt book and talks about herself and her own experiences, mind really needs to get proffessional people working there otherwise they are going to find themselves in a lot of trouble as ive allready spoke to my legal representative and he thinks i have a case against this lady 'dee' that works there
