Customer Service Shocking
Received a very rude and unprofessional response to my offer from their representative CLIVE GARNETT who decided to throw his toys out of the pram over a low first offer. The offer was based on similar spec cars, mileage, condition etc that I had found elsewhere as theirs seemed significantly overpriced in comparison, However as they were local I thought Id make the offer. Would not recommend based on the unprofessional customer service I received.

Very rude.
Bought a car for my son last January and was persuaded to part with £350 for the warranty. my son never did more than 11 miles in the car before it broke down when he contacted the VGS Warranty Products & Services the pertinent paperwork from Germanica had not been received. My son contacted the garage and the owner told him that it was an oversight on his part and subsequently validated it in May 2014. The car has been a total disaster requiring numerous jobs which surprise surprise aren't covered by the warranty. The last time the car broke down ( 3 times in one month !) Greenflag picked it up I told the owner to scrap it and give us its scrap value, he now tells me he has taken it from the garage and left it on the highway, of course I have cancelled insurance etc so I now have to deal with it again myself. Please don't buy a car from this man I must say that my son always found the mechanic very nice but I was spoken to in a very derogatory fashion by the owner who really needs some life coaching. I had to smile at a previous review which said that if you don't want problems then buy a new car. Unfortunately not all people are in a position to buy a new vehicles and rely on a good second hand dealer. My advice is to steer clear of Germanica.

Clueless
Got a Germania converted T5. Looks nice but the internal finishing is rubbish. Where the back windows were cut out there are lots of razor sharp edges. I could live with that, but when the Front Splitter fell off while I was driving down the road is was somewhat upset. A quick check on it shows that it was badly masticked on! No mechanical fixings at all. the final straw was when I asked them what the paint colour was that they had used, and they had no idea. BUT YOU PAINTED IT!!! Best avoided, or prepare to finish the job yourself.

Cost me ££££
Bought a car, had constant problems, been in garage mostly, throttle body, coil pack and leads, egr valve, lambada sensor, and now probably needs ECU! Great thanks Germania! Car also advertised with full service history, but after 1.5 hour drive discovered no history at all with the car! reduced price though. All in all you would be better off risking the free ads than trusting these guys. Thanks for costing me ££££ in trying to fix the car you sold to me!

exelent service
i have purchased a few cars from this deeler and never had any problems the customer care was great any faults that have occured have been delt with promptly and within a reasonable time scale people need to realise that when we buy second hand cars they will not allways be perfect and faults will happen i feel that ive allways had a good deal and will continue to use this deeler . (if u want a brand new car start saving and expect to pay new car prices)

Poor service & dishonest
Bought a car from them within 5 days car developed a fault, after a lot of phone calls e-mails, wasted journeys and time fault was fixed after 2 months ! Vehicle was supposed to have a full service history as advertised on their home page and was also promised. Now say that they never promised me FSH...but they advertised it with it full stop! Very keen to sell you extra warranty ect (I did not buy it), but why bother, without a FSH a warranty is pointless ! Have now had to resort to trading standards and the ASA and possible legal action to get compensation. Leave well alone especially if you are not within reasonable driving distance.
