Cox & Hitchcock Dental Group

Was shocked by how rude the dentist who saw me was - the other staff on the desk seemed lovely and helpful but the woman who saw me was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I imagine she would be fine if you were going private however she said that as I "wasn't one of her patients" she wasn't going to do anything else to help me. Whilst I fully appreciate she wasn't my dentist and only had specific duties under NHS requirements, I don't believe this entitles anyone to be rude to patients or dismissive of their queries. I asked her about the treatment she had given me and was simply told that she didn't know the answers or couldn't tell me. I can't comment on any of the other practitioners who could well have been really good but as an NHS patient I felt very let down by my visit to the Cox & Hitchcock Dental Group in Cardiff.
