Poor attitude by pharmacist
An arrogant, belittling and condescending behaviours from the scottish pharmacist to his customers. Didn't fulfil a service. I was informed by him to go and buy items which were provided free of charge by the pharmacy. he couldn't be bothered to complete the checks himself.
