Good food and a bar overlooking the Bay
I'm adding this mainly for its Cardigan Bay views. Don't get me wrong the place has become a haven for foodies since it finally put its hands in its pockets and spent some much needed money on a huge refit that has transformed its fortunes in a tectonic manner. The real clincher for me though is that they have added a Bistro Bar called "Flat Rock" with an outside wooden patio that gives the most stunning views over Cardigan Bay and Poppit Sands. On a sunny evening, sitting there with a pint of ice cold beer there are not many better places to be.
