Welcome
David Inglis and Son was established in 1964 by David Inglis Senior. The company provides a quality decorating service throughout the South-West of Scotland from Annan to Stranraer and north to Kilmarnock and the West coast.
Run by the present owner David Inglis Jnr the company employs 9 time-served tradesmen and 5 apprentices currently training at Dumfries and Galloway College as well as gaining hands-on experience on-site. We are currently the term contractor to Dumfries and Galloway Council covering council properties in the west of the region. We can also arrange Plumbing and Heating engineers Electricians Plasterer Floor covering fitter as well as our Decorators if you need other trades. After so many years in the trade we have managed to build up a team of tradesmen who all work together to give you a hassle free time saving alternative to arranging it all yourself. All you need to do is sit back and watch as your house is transformed!
Home Decor
David Inglis and Son also have a retail shop, Home Decor, at 13, Victoria Street, Newton Stewart, offering a range of quality materials and home decorating products. We stock a range of paint and wallpapers from leading manufacturers and also stock lamps, shades and blinds to help you create that individual look and turn your house into a home. We also mix paint to create your perfect colours from the Crown Colour Collection and Little Greene. The shop is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am until 4.30pm.
