Shetland's Premier Hotel. The House dates from 1588 and is Shetland's oldest continuously inhabited building.
The menu features local seafood, lamb (of course) and free range pork, comnplemented by a "staggering" selection of 150 malt whiskies and an exciting new and old world wine list of over 100 choices.
Service is personal and gentle, and unlike anywhere else.
